Individuals who are driven to earn our customers' trust and business every day, who act with integrity, who treat everyone fairly and value diversity, and who are accountable for their actions are welcome to show interest in becoming a member of our winning team.Responsible for developing and implementing fit, proportion and construction standards for specific apparel categories to meet seasonal development calendar.Qualifications- Implement specification and construction standards for merchandise division and/or private brand, producing accurate specification packages including but not limited to sketch details, construction, and packaging details.- Conduct sample review sessions making appropriate recommendations for specification and construction issues. Soliciting input from Sr. Technical Designer and/or Manager as needed.- Organize and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines, partnering Sr. Technical Designer and/or Manager as needed.- Coordinate sample approval process with cross-functional partners to meet all deadlines, raising issues to appropriate level for resolution in a timely manner.- Support Technical Design workload by assisting other Technical Design team members during costing season and/or as needed.BenefitsAs a Sears professional, your career path options will be determined by your performance as well as your desire to advance further within Sears organization.
