Oversees information technology projects through the full system lifecycle with some guidance.QualificationsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Coordinates complex software and hardware installations ensuring systems function as designed and updates system to stakeholder specifications; ensuring adherence to vendor and corporate specifications. 2. Develops, installs, and maintains complex solutions using structured development methodology according to corporate standards.3. Interfaces with other areas in information systems and stakeholder departments to support existing production systems and to develop and implement new systems and solutions.4. Applies industry leading technology to maintain and install system software and associated hardware in order to maintain efficient operations.5. Analyzes, determines, and controls resources used in systems programming, deployment, and support to ensure efficient resource usage while maintaining system performance level.6. Performs complex systems analysis translating business requirements into technical solutions.7. Provides on-call support to ensure systems function as designed.8. May coordinate large system/hardware roll outs, conduct walkthroughs or develop and teach technical classes in order to maintain efficient operations.9. Manages projects and resources within and outside of department to accomplish tasks such as conducting ad-hoc meetings, vendor management and persuading clients to complete required task in order to complete project.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, specialized computer systems training or equivalent.2. Minimum of three years programming experience in applications and computer operations.3. Knowledge of and skilled in systems analysis, logic diagramming, test debugging, system software, systems testing, systems implementation, hardware computer operations, hardware selection, and documentation standards.4. Knowledge of and skilled in programming languages, relational databases, vendor management.5. Good analytical and organizational skills.6.
