Systems Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Coordinates all phases of IT related hardware and system implementations, to include on site support of grand openings as well as major rollouts including remodels, gas stations and special projects.  Will be responsible for hardware procurement, staging of grand opening equipment, site visits, soft and/or grand opening on site coverage and task list compliance for New Clubs.  Comprehensive interaction with external vendors and many internal departments is required (Sales Operations, Property Development, Purchasing, Training, etc.).  Will review, investigate, provide and implement solutions for SOS tickets issued to the Implementation Services Department.  Will perform additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Must have related information technology experience in retail, supply chain or consumer goods industries.  Must be familiar with IEEE standards (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering) and be able to read blueprints.  Excellent analytical, PC (i.e. Microsoft Office suite of software, including Word, Excel, Project and Outlook), verbal and written communication skills are also essential plus a high attention to detail is mandatory.  Occasional travel required.  Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.  Prior project management experience is desirable.
