Responsible for gaining a thorough understanding of the Planview application plus related processes, and working with other team members to support a large number of users using the Planview application across the Walgreens organization. • Administer the Planview system for user/project set up and maintenance, vendor and contractor management, resource planning, and appropriate set up of online reports. • Perform application administration work to ensure individual users and user groups have access to needed functionality, and are able to complete their work.• Receive user requests for changes in access privileges, and will also receive requests for troubleshooting application issues.• Provide solutions within the application environment, and will forward properly documented bugs and infrastructure issues to the technical infrastructure team for appropriate action. • Ensure all issues are recorded in issue-ticketing system, so they can be followed up on, and updated all the way to final solution.• Communicate with end-users to provide solutions or updates to the opened issues. • Maintain Frequently Asked Questions database which can be used internally or published to Walgreens intranet for organizational learning and efficiency.• Interface with end users to understand day-to-day processes; coach them in the use of the Planview application in their daily routines and maximize Walgreens organizational goals.• Regularly interface with Walgreens PMO staff and Planview Technical Support to ensure quick solutions for process, configuration, and technical issues. • Coordinate with other team members a schedule for user support coverage. • Architect solutions to process problems and new requirements using Planview. • Assist in Planview training delivery to user groups for enhanced usage of the software. • Assist in developing and configuring new releases of the Planview functionality.Qualifications:• B.A / B.S in Business Management or IT • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.• Support experience with Web-based application software is desirable. • Self starter with strong organizational skills • Solid relationship building and negotiation skills • Excellent communication skills as well as technical/business skills. • Ability to learn, configure and support a vendor application system • Ability to understand data base schemas is highly desirable• Demonstrated problem solving techniques • Detail oriented yet can see the big picture • Ability to work independently and multi-task to meet defined deadlines- Creative problem resolution • 2 + years of experience in support role, or system administration desired..
