Systems Analyst

What You Do: Architect, develop, test, document, and implement support software applications and development projects in a deadline-driven environment that meets defined user specifications. Monitor performance and reliability of applications in production environment. Provide support for applications and projects developed by the department through debugging, fixing, and maintenance releases. Support department initiatives and communicate effectively with other team members. Transform complex program specifications into code.What's Required: Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience in related technologies Prior programming experience in an ASP.net 2.0/3.5 and SQL Server environment Strong analytical, interpersonal, prioritization, and communication skills HTML, CSS and Javascript skills; AJAX experience a plus Experience with standard Windows development tools and libraries including: Visual Studio, C#, VB.Net, Nant, Nunit, IIS, Python/Iron Python web services and reporting services Prior Windows Server and SQL Server systems integration and management experience Knowledge of SOAP and REST Web Services practices and standards Experience tracking and monitoring a system as well as development of Web Services applications for both clients and servers a plus Experience with J2EE, Java, and Oracle a plus
