Independent ParkerStore Distributor Overview:

Colliflower,inc., a leading distributor for fluid connectors including: hydraulic & pneumatic hoses & fittings, quick couplings, adapters and more has an opening for a Store Manager of our Conshohocken Pennsylvania store. Colliflower has 16 stores on the east coast and has been in business since 1951.

 

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service

Produce hose assemblies and repairs (training will be provided)

Demonstrate products and give guidance to customers on their proper use

Manage daily store operations

Manage and maintain inventory levels in the store

Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-consistent retail environment

Maximize sales

Maintain a customer database

Become a trusted expert in fluid power, conveyance and hose technology & applications

 

Salary range:  commensurate with experience

 

Requirements:

Customer-first work ethic

Personable and professional attitude

Problem solving and excellent communication skills

Proven organization skills in handling multiple tasks/customers

Ability to use and demonstrate technical products and systems

Service counter experience a plus

Knowledge of industrial and hydraulic/pneumatic systems a plus

Proficiency with computer-based business systems and the Internet

Ability to lift up to 100lbs
