You're invited to share in the growth and rewards our client is experiencing by applying your talents here.  What would you be doing?  As our client’s Store Manager, you would be overseeing the daily front end operations of the store. This is a brand new position in a fast-paced environment ideal for a well-organized, creative and energetic personality. Other responsibilities would include: Performing sales management (70%): Overseeing daily store operations and maximizing efficiency of retail processes Supervising, scheduling and coordinating the daily activities of the sales staff in promoting and selling products Ensuring maximum effectiveness of sales force by developing and implementing training programs Developing sales incentive programs and educating them on new products Supervising customer relations to ensure optimal customer satisfaction Hiring and training the sales staff Conducting annual reviews Reviewing cost and profitability on a quarterly basis with senior management to ensure optimal allocation of staffing resources Merchandising (20%) Coordinating with buyers to ensure merchandise is bought in a timely manner and is consistent with overall retail strategy Supervising and coordinating the overall look of the store including visual merchandising, organization and display of products and stock Supervising the installation of window displays Marketing and Promotions (10%): Managing, developing and overseeing implementation of sales promotions, policies, programs and events with assistance as needed Developing new prospects and maintaining relationships with existing customers to promote customer retention and to increase sales of the company's products and services Is this position for you?  We’re looking for a retail pro as comfortable coaching employees as you are greeting customers.
