Store Manager / Fairfield
A well-known, growing Big Box retailer, that offers "one-stop" shopping. They carry extensive selections of men’s, women’s and children’s apparel, shoes and accessories, as well as an impressive linens/home department.
They are looking for a responsible, well-organized Store Manager to help continue in their success and growth.

RESPONSIBLITIES:Hire, train, develop, manage and motivate a team through effective management and merchandising techniques as well as quality customer service.Direct and coordinate all aspects of store operations.Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that merchandising/recovery is completed and that register and customer service area is processing customers in a timely manner.Oversee staff to ensure merchandise is neatly presented and displayed according to management's visual floor plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of two years retail management experience is requiredEnergetic, competitive and results oriented with a strong desire to succeed
