We are currently seeking experienced Managers to help run our Saugus, MA store location. Qualified candidates will offer the following:

 

Building Talent

-  Network, recruit, assess and hire qualified candidates

-  Evaluate, develop and promote team members

-  Creates a team atmosphere and a positive work environment

 

Building Service Standards

-  Has a passion for great customer service

-  Creates a friendly store environment

-  Sets the pace…leads by example

 

Building Revenue & Operational Excellence

-  Prioritizes daily objectives while achieving Sales Plan through excellent customer service

-  Achieves and maintains a high degree of operational efficiency and accuracy

-  Thinks strategically and drives the business to company standards

 

But most importantly, we’re looking for energetic, detail minded candidates who thrive in a fast paced environment. Candidates should have at least 1-5 years of recent store management experience, be self-motivated, have strong organizational skills and possess a take charge attitude.
