Next, it’s our belief that a better store is the foundation of a better in-store experience, light, bright and spacious.  Easy-to-find areas defined by lifestyle and usage versus equipment and manufacturer.  Choices, choices and more choices of mobile devices (including GPS, gaming and ultralight laptops) and accessories that do everything from coordinate with a clotheshorse to perform like a workhorse – and the full spectrum in between.  Even a lifestyle and learning lounge where you can get your hands on real devices, get help with Bluetooth, get your address book moved over from your old phone, or just get in a little R&R while you leave the paperwork and set-up to us.

 

 We are backed by Fortune 500 muscle, moving to new brand but in a completely different concept with no crossover in brand. We are hungry to expand, opening more stores in more markets in 2009.

The position

As the PointMobl Store Manager, you come to the organization with success in managing people, delighting customers, managing a P&L, and a passion for excellence.  You now have the ability to apply your experience in a fun, cool place to work.  Your ability to make the store an inspired experience for both customers and employees will be well rewarded.

 

The PointMobl Manager will manage a team and oversee all in-store operations to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals. The Manager accomplishes this through management of and delegation to skilled Mobl Outfitters and Mobl Guides. Focus will be on:

 

• Managing all in-store operations to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals

• Maintaining profitability by meeting sales, payroll, and shrink goals

• Demonstrating excellent communication skills with specialists, customers, channel partners, and corporate headquarters

• The ability to recruit, hire, and develop a diverse and talented team

• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures

• Protecting all company assets

• Analyzing store-level reports and identify new strategies for maximizing results, reporting information to staff and upper management

• Taking responsibility for the store’s profitability and financial budgeting, including labor costs and overall expenses

• Showcasing ability to develop into additional management positions and opportunities.

 

 

Let’s talk experience:

• You have a minimum of 5 years of retail store leadership

• You are a champion with regards to store operations & P&L management

• You understand your role in employee development – mentor, coach

• You know how to drive sales and teach others to follow suit

• You are a quick learner if your forte isn’t mobile technology
