LANE BRYANT is seeking highly experienced STORE MANAGEMENT LEADERS for our Kings Plaza Location in Brooklyn, NY. These positions are responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and creating an exciting fashion brand that will keep your customer coming back for more. Qualified candidates Management candidates will possess strong leadership, recruiting, training and merchandising skills. Requirements of this position are: 2-5 years of Retail Apparel Store Management experience. Candidates must also have a successful track record in driving sales, coaching and development of a staff and the commitment to creating a warm inviting environment for the customer. The right candidate will also possess strong business skills and the ability to effectively communicate with business partners at all levels. College degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
