Sr Pricing Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY: Take a leadership role with the Link Plus pricing team and take on added responsibilities, such as associate training and additional reporting and overseeing the daily custom pricing process. Provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve any aspect of the Pricing Coordinator role. As needed, process the daily requests for custom prices and migration requests for accounts on the Link Plus and NJPA programs. Review the appropriate data elements, ensure compliance with documented policies and complete the necessary price changes in the pricing application Work to make SalesForce.com the central resource for account managers. Make recommendations and provide feedback for ways to improve the contract change process in Salesforce. Ensure that the correct associates are notified and that the proper information is provided. Track these migrations for future reference. Work to make SalesForce the central resource for account managers. Produce and distribute Link Plus Guest IDs as requested by Sales. Assist in developing and testing enhancements to the Guest ID application. Perform competitive analyses focusing on pricing and assortment. Recommend modifications to pricing methodologies. Act as a resource to other areas of Staples Contract Sales Division for gathering information to support the Contract objectives. Provide ad hoc reporting as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree required Ability to multi-task & keep-up in a fast paced, growing business PC skills including Excel and Access Highly detail oriented and well organized & attention to detail Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Limited travel required
