Sr. Audit Analyst
This position is responsible for the overall management of Default notices received through Legal, status and management reporting along with the review and auditing of landlord statements. This position has responsibility for the secondary review, audit and analysis of landlord billings, submitted for approval by the Real Estate Accounting Coordinators, for lease compliance, CAPs and accuracy for all new stores, large format stores, closing stores and other designated high profile stores as determined by management.Education Requirements:Minimum: Bachelors degree in Accounting or FinanceExperience Requirements:Minimum: 3-5 years experience in audit or accounting and analysis or real estate accounting. Preferred: Experience in an integrated systems environment. SAP experience.
