Job Responsibilities The Specialist will assist in processing of the over $1 billion annual payroll for over 39,000 employees in approximately 1,500 locations, (49 states) of all levels of employees including hourly, salary and Executive levels.  Ensure that employees are paid in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner.  Provide customer service as to researching and resolving payroll inquiries and discrepancies for all North American employees via telephone, ACD line, e-mail and front counter inquiries. Job Requirements  Related customer service work experience. One year of related work experience. Knowledge of financial systems. Excellent attention to detail. Fluent with MS Windows, Word, Excel and Access.
