Open Position:
Ski Technician

Position Description:Know and be proficient at all of our ski equipment services which inclueds: ski tuning, binding mountings and functions testing in accordance with established standardsObtain and maintain certification from our ski/binding vendors to perform the services necessary to meet safety requirementsCommunicate with the Store Manager any problems or needs concerning parts/supplies as neededProficiently execute the Five Steps of Selling

Position Requirements:1 year of retail sales/technician experienceKnowledge & experience with how to repair ski equipmentSki Enthusiast 

Open Position:
Ski Instructor

Position Description:Must know all safety skills and is able to comply with company policy regarding safetyPersonally reviews these safety standards with customer prior to lessonChecks all paperwork completed by customer for accuraceyCharges customer appropriately in compliance with posted rates

Position Requirements:Must be a strong team player and able to follow directions wellMust have strong communications skills; able to professionally relate to customers as well as communicate ideas for approving efficiencyMust possesses good people skills and have adequate merchandise knowledge to help with sales as well as answer customer questions with regards to equipment
