Showroom Manager/Sales

The Sofa Company ( http://www.thesofaco.com) is a rapidly growing furniture company with multiple new locations in the Los Angeles area. Unlike traditional furniture stores, which only offer customers a handful of sofa styles from which to chose and a few fabric options, The Sofa Company prides itself in displaying an extensive selection of sofa styles with literally thousands of fabric options. Additionally, all styles can be customized in size, so as to accommodate virtually all types of spaces and families.

Presently, we are looking for a store manager for our newest showroom in Pasadena. Situated in Old Town Pasadena at the corner of Green and Delacey, the store will occupy the historically and architecturally significant Friend Paper Building.

What we are looking for in a store manager:

An ambassador of The Sofa Company to the community
An experienced manager with the ability to motivate and to train
A furniture or interior design enthusiast

Minimum Qualifications:

2 years retail managerial experience
2 years sales experience
College graduate
Must be able to work nights and weekends
