Service Coordinator - Dayton

Impact Resource Group is the premier provider of in-home and in-store assembly and merchandising services.  We service over 9,000 locations on a regular basis, helping retailers establish their reputations as quality merchants by providing them a full range of service and assembly benefits.  IMPACT is an Atlanta based company with a contact center in the Dayton, OH area.  The Parent Company and corporate headquarters, National Product Services, is located in the Dallas, TX area.

We currently have several excellent opportunities for SERVICE COORDINATORS at our contact center, now located at The Greene, in Beavercreek, OH!  The Service Coordinator acts as the liaison between technicians, retailers, field managers and/or customers and facilitates, scheduling and completing service requests while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.  The perfect candidate will be an expert at developing relationships with all types of customers to grow business and effectively schedule technicians for service visits.  Service Coordinators also work closely with internal and field personnel to solve issues related to service.

These positions are permanent, full time and offer potential overtime availability.  Occasional weekend work may be required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 Technician communicationCreate and maintain technician work schedules for assigned areas.Communicate daily schedules to assigned technicians.Maintain regular contact with technicians to ensure accurate crew list and work schedules.Retailer communicationDevelop relationships with store personnel.Confirm deliveries, product counts, nature of service, and appointment date/time prior to visit.Establish regular contact with stores to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Field communicationDevelop working relationships with field management.Provide daily updates via phone and/or email to assigned District Managers related to district activity.Support District Manager with critical data related to planning and scheduling.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 High school diploma or equivalent.2-3 years experience in a fast paced, customer service environment.Excellent oral /written communication and customer service skills also required. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, resolve conflict and handle difficult situations. Individual must be self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented and possess strong analytical, computer (Word, Excel, Outlook) and time management skills.Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
