Job ID: 15001Position Description:Grainger, a Fortune 500 company and the leading broad line supplier of facilities maintenance products in North America, is currently seeking a Service Center Supervisor for their Waterloo, IA facility. The Service Center Supervisor will lead a group of specialized employees, in multiple call groups, to exceed customer needs and requirements. While volume is important in any phone center environment, quality is essential! The ideal candidate will have a four year degree and at least 3 years service center leadership experience.
