Responsible for developing measures of performance across interactive marketing, analyzing activity across channels, and representing the customer’s interests in interactive marketing plans and strategies.Qualifications: • Experience with Omniture and Comscore reporting tools• Strong knowledge of research, data collection, and data analysis techniques• Experience developing measures of performance and setting and tracking campaign goals• Data synthesis and conclusion development• Team leadership and coaching skills• Ability to give direction and manage internal and external teams to achieve results• Strong consultative communication skills • Experience in synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data to provide campaign and program recommendations• Competitive analysis Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Design, recommend, and manage research to inform ecommerce and corporate interactive marketing initiatives• Collaborate with IM managers to define performance measures for interactive marketing overall and specific campaigns• Advise wrt data collection and track progress toward goal fulfillment• Oversee data analysis and conclusion/insight development• Collaborate with Consumer Insights team to validate research plans and acquire existing leverage-able data• Collaborate with CRM team within Marketing Strategies to understand array of consumer data available • Develop cross channel consumer insights and report to IM Team• Synthesize research results and campaign/site metrics with other relevant information and develop business implications and recommendations for Interactive Marketing• Report findings and update to Interactive Marketing Team• Manage Omniture and Comscore reporting tools and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation• Review current state of performance metric data modeling, collection, and reporting• Develop data analytics process to be inclusive of Customer Insights, Marketing Strategies, and IM teams• Manage online competitive analysis of competitors’ capabilities and marketing campaignsWhat you can expectGreat Pay.Professional and career education programs.Medical, Vision and Dental Plans.Paid vacations and holidays.Corporate Brands Employee Discount.401(k), retirement benefits and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Health and welfare benefits.Leisure time activity discounts.Smoke-free and drug-free environment.
