Senior Financial Analyst - Store Finance

We are currently searching for a Senior Financial Analyst - Store Finance. • Lead the development of payroll / bonus expense budgets and forecasts
• Analyze actual expenses vs. forecast, budget and prior years
• Act as a liaison between Finance and other departments across the organization to facilitate the Store Finance function
• Prepare and ensure timely issuance of accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting packages
• Prepare and analyze reports for monthly Operating Review Meetings
• Refine and build financial models that assist in optimizing business decision making
• Identify and implement ideas for process improvement, report automation and cost reduction
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for management as requested • 4-6 years accounting/finance experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong focus on accuracy and ability to work with detail
• Strong focus on developing financial models
• Ability to work with large databases
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Hyperion, Microsoft Access and/or MSI Experience a plus

 

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
