Salon Managers and Assistant Managers

WE ARE GROWING!!!!!!  ULTIMATE EXPOSURE TANNING CENTERS is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for high-energy sales pros with great communication and organization skills.  We are currently hiring full-time Sales Managers and Assistant Managers for downtown Chicago and the Northwest/Southwest suburb areas.

Assistant Manager Requirements:

* Must be 18 or older

* Great customer service skills

* Answers telephone courteously

* Responds to customer inquiries or takes down customer information to ensure

  manager contacts customer

* Uses sale skills to communicate product information regarding tanning

  packages, Gold Club membership, and tanning products to ensure customer’s

  needs and sales goals are met. 

* Maintain cleanliness of salon by completing opening, daily, and closing

  cleaning task lists, which consists of: cleaning beds and floors in tanning

  rooms, and maintenance of front counter area.

* Help the Manager in completing salon paperwork

* Must be able to work a minimum of 32 hours a week

* Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends

 

Sales Manager Requirements:

* High School diploma or GED

* Must be 18 or older

* Maintain cleanliness of salon by completing daily opening and closing

  cleaning task lists, which consists of: cleaning beds and floors in tanning

  rooms, and maintenance of front counter area.

* Excellent communication, customer service, and detail orientated skills

* Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours a week

* Must be able to work a minimum of 2 nights per week and 2 Saturdays per month –

schedule MUST be flexible.

* Must be comfortable doing weekly bank deposits

* Must be on call for salon issues 

 

Managers: Competitive Salary, quarterly bonus, and commission.

Assistant Managers: High paying hourly rate plus commission.
