We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the management of the corporate sales and marketing functions.  The Sales and Marketing Manager will be the leader, motivator, and coordinator for company sales and marketing activities.  The Sales and Marketing Manager will propose, design, and execute sales and business and marketing plans to achieve maximum sales volume potential.

 

Areas of Responsibility Set and implement the marketing strategy to meet short and long term marketing and business goals and regularly monitor progress of sales and marketing goals and strategies. Prepare and manage a database of members and customers Create and monitor effective marketing tactics, programs,and communications utilizing online e-mail software  Work in conjunction with other departments within the organization to facilitate new market and new product implementation. Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors Planning and marketing of regional events

 

Qualifications  5 plus years of Sales and Marketing Experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
