As a DICK'S Sporting Goods Sales Support Manager you will be responsible for achieving Company objectives in sales performance, profit contribution and profit and loss control by overseeing the operational aspects of the Front End and Freight Flow areas of the store. Essential functions of this position include: Developing schedules for the Front end and Freight Flow departments and monitoring payroll on a daily basis to ensure payroll plans are met Training of cashiers and freight flow associates in all applicable policies, procedures and programs Auditing of cash controls and freight flow paperwork Upholding Company standards for merchandise presentation.
