SALES MANAGER PURPOSE:

We are looking for a leader to develop our current and upcoming sales force focused on repeat clients and referrals.  They follow-through with their clients, and they build successful client relationships.  The manager will coach, train, and develop each sales team member toward achieving their goals while ensuring overall company sales goals and objectives are attained. 

Job Purpose includes:Leading the entire sales team toward increased effectiveness through performance measurements.Ensuring each Sales Associate is in alignment with the company's mission statement and principles.Set benchmarks and reach them in the written sales, close ratio, average sale per customer, traffic projected, fabric protection, extended warranties, & staffing levels.

Specific Skills:Must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast pace environment that reflect the business needs of the company.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesStrong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) and the ability to easily learn Ashley's internal computer systems 

SALESPromote & sell our merchandise through excellent service, professionalism, and product knowledge.Ensure customer satisfaction through professional consulting as you help them achieve the home environment they desire.  Listen to the customer closely, assist them in turning their expressed needs to wants and then to create clients from customers.Must work well in a team environment.Possess a high commitment level to helping and servicing people.
