What We Want:

 

American is looking for energetic, driven individuals to lead a team of 10-20 sales professionals. After completing Americans Management Training, you will recruit, coach, motivate, and retain a commission sales team. Help our sales staff provide excellent customer service and maintain a great looking environment.

 

Our Training:


American's Sales Training to Achieve Results (STAR) and Leadership Education & Advancement Program (LEAP) provides some of the industries best training in sales and management. These programs provide our employees with the skills and knowledge they will need to be successful in their careers.

Goal-oriented leaders that promote a healthy work environment thrive in American. Sales Managers work every weekend and some evenings - averaging 45-50 hours a week.

Job Qualifications:

 Bachelors degree or 3-5 years of retail management experience 2 years + sales experience Available to work weekends and evenings Open to relocation
