Overview of Position
As a Home Furnishing Consultant you can capitalize on your talents.  Your enthusiasm and creativity will add to our dynamic selling environment.  Your professional sales and customer service ability along with the ability to develop and support long term relationships will add to your success.  Our compensation plan is designed to reward and motivate excellence in performance
 
Key Accountabilities Greet and assist our customers in selecting home furnishings from our beautifully appointed showroom displays Provide the highest level of customer service by demonstrating product knowledge Building quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business. Consistent effort to achieve specific sales goals
 Skills Summary Familiarity with a computer system Ability to work a flexible schedule including; Every Saturday, Sunday, Holiday and some Evenings Ability to walk/stand the showroom frequently Ability to build and maintain relationships Impact and Influence others Problem Solve Motivated and Goal Oriented Prior sales experience a plus
