Qualifications

Ensure that the customer receives a superior product or service. Listen attentively, responsively and effectively to customer information, complaints and requests.

Excellent people skills. Interact effectively and work productively with a wide range of people.

Pursue work with insatiable energy and drive.

Can explain in a clear and comprehensive way wireless, voice, data and media product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. Know the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.Has excellent record of attendance and holds self accountable for attendance and punctuality Ability to do mental math to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
