SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 

Well respected retail leader seeks a Sales Administrative Assistant – Sales Support Administrator to support the sales group.  The position will support the Senior VP of Sales, the Director of Sales Administration, 4 Regional VPs, and 50+ field representatives. Great opportunity to join a very dynamic, upbeat and fast paced group of professionals.

 

Specific responsibilities include:

-  Prepare daily, monthly sales reports using Stratum software and Excel

-  Input data/create new Excel reports, as needed

-  Compile data and create statistical reports

-  Create handouts for sales force using Access

-  Prepare new account mail outs

-  Process co-op claims

-  Process expense reports

-  Process department accounts payable

-  Process incentive programs for various accounts

-  Extensive travel arrangements

-  Assist in preparing for 2 annual sales meetings

-  Answer and screen phone calls for SVP Sales and Director of Sales Administration

-  Maintain updated records of sales force addresses and telephone numbers

-  File correspondence and maintain file system and other records

-  General clerical duties:  copying, faxing, routine correspondence, conference calls

 

The ideal candidate must have strong communication, analytical, and computer skills, and be very detail-oriented. Proficient in all Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook The candidate should have 2-4 years sales administrative support experience. Candidate must also be able to multi-task, prioritize, work well under pressure, work well independently, as well as be a team player. Positive attitude & good work ethic
