STORE MANAGER & MANAGER-IN-TRAINING

Aaron’s Sales & Lease, an independently owned and operated franchise, is a national Household Furnishings retail organization.  We sell and also lease (rent-to-own) furniture, appliances, electronics and computers. We continue to be the fastest growing company in our industry and we currently operate 10 stores in Central Illinois located at Springfield (2), Decatur, Champaign, Bloomington, Danville, Quincy, Jacksonville, Mattoon and Effingham.  Our company is different about valuing our customers and most importantly our employees. We have a low turn-over of our employees and major growth in customer count.  We are currently looking for STORE MANAGER in one of our stores in Springfield and STORE MANAGER-IN-TRAINING in Central Illinois.·  The individual(s) must be friendly with customers, reliable, energetic and a TEAM PLAYER with good communication skills.·  Must be customer service oriented. ·  Management experience in a retail/restaurant environment is required and the candidate should have the leader ship qualities to lead a team of 7 or 8 Associates.·  We will train the right individual.·  We provide friendly, relaxed environment with 5-day work week and NO SUNDAYS. ·  We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. PAY AND BENEFITS:Pay commensurate with experience.
