Route Sales Supervisor/Route Builder- Windsor
Route Sales Supervisors/Route Builders oversee and assist our Route Sales Associates in the sale and delivery of our baked goods including the brand names, Country Kitchen and Barowsky's. This is an entry-level, hands-on position. Primary responsibility includes direct management and sales growth of an assigned territory. In addition to competitive pay, we offer 100% company paid premium for associate health, dental, life and vision care programs. Job Requirements:
Successful candidates will have an acceptable motor vehicle record, be willing to start the workday between 1am - 4am and work weekends, usually Saturdays. Must also have the ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and 20 -25 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation.
