Retail Service Provider (Route Sales/ Merchandiser) FULL TIME
UNFI Specialty Distribution Services, is one of the nations largest distributors of health and beauty care, general merchandise, specialty, and ethnic food products servicing over ten thousand customers nationwide. We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to fill a Full Time Retail Service Provider position in the Haverhill, MA area. Viable candidates must have a strong work history and reliable transportation.
You will be responsible for:Maintaining customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees; answering their questions, responding to special requests, and describing product features.Maintaining store shelves by observing displays of company products, removing damaged or freshness-dated products, tidying store shelves, and providing optimum display of products. Maintaining inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory, following company issued planograms, observing inventory levels, reordering product when levels appear low, and processing returns and credits for damaged products. Enhancing merchandising and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Maintaining quality results by following and enforcing standards.
Ideal applicants will have superb customer service skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Sales, grocery, or retail experience is a plus!
