We are Opening a new Forever21  Store in the Strand Shopping Center

Store/Co-Manager - Responsible for creating, promoting, and overseeing a fun, profitable store through customer service, sales generation, proper floor coverage, excellent visual presentation, well trained and developed staff, shortage control, safety, and mall/community involvement. Responsible for maximizing store volume in accordance with all store and company goals, policies, procedures, and techniques. Acts as the pacesetter for the team when generating sales, etc.

Assistant Managers - Assists the Store Manager in creating, promoting, overseeing a fun, profitable store through customer service, sales generation, proper floor coverage, excellent visual presentation, well-trained and developed staff, shortage control, safety and mall/community involvement. Maintains a friendly, professional behavior/conduct at all times with customers, supervisors and co-workers. Acts as the pacesetter for the entire team when generating sales, etc. 

Visual Merchandisers- Responsible for visual presentation and maintaining the store in a good presentable condition. Assists in greeting and providing excellent customer service while attaining sales results.Must have 3-5 years of retail experience with 1-2 years of visual and merchandsing experience in retail, knowledge of colors and patterns, must be familiar with floorsets. Responsible for following all company operational procedures to ensure minimal loss/shrinkage.

Head Cashier- Responsible for cash Control, Shortage control and superivision of cashiers

Sales Associates, Cashiers and Stock Associates- Responsible for greeting and providing excellent customer service while attaining sales results. Assists in maintaining the store in a good presentable condition. Responsible for following all company operational

JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Store/Co Manager Must have 2-5 years Management experience Assistant Store Manager Must have 1-2 years Management Exp Excellent ability to train and motivate staff Able to handle multi-tasks Friendly and courteous with a positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills Able to organize and prioritize work Must be punctual
