Retail Experience Lead

Description:The Retail Experience Lead will be responsible for: Communicate, demonstrate and inspire in others ING DIRECT's vision and corporate values. Work with other departments to ensure accurate and essential reporting. Define and execute operational strategy through interaction with appropriate Executives. Determine goals, success criteria and incentive plans for all Retail Experience Associates. Manage Retail Support team, Merchandising Team (Shop) and regional Cafe Coaches. Provide coaching and guidance to regional Cafe Coaches/Managers. Responsible for setting and maintaining departmental budget(s). Maintain and update all Retail/Cafe Operations Manuals. Monitors cash control, retail product balance, and cost control and inventory procedures. Develops financial and sales forecast. Evaluate performance of Cafe/Shop. Financials for all Cafes. Monitor performance, preparing budgets, developing forecasts, authorizing expenditures, controlling costs and reviewing results. Responsible for adherence, leadership and for stewardship of company policies and goals. Travel to Cafe locations to create: -Consistency in overall cafe day-to-day operations. Appearance, flow of business, training, inventory and vendor relations . -Implement and enforce standards, systems and procedures. -Evaluate current Cafe wide systems and operations. Maintain/update all Cafe Training materials. -Maintain all food and beverage, merchandise, point of sale and opening/closing procedures. -Liaise with Sales Training team to ensure Cafe staff are current on all banking knowledge. Produce and maintain all performance reporting for various Retail team activities, including managing a suite of dashboards geared towards team development with regards to: -Inventory -Weekly Bullet Points -New Construction/Projects -Retail Product Balances -Retail Sales -Customer Impressions -Trend Management Work with department head to gather Customer Service team requirements and present those in cross-bank initiatives. Manage project deliverables. Produce RFPs as part of a selection process for potential new service providers.
