Our client is looking to hire a Store Management team for a temporary retail store set to open in Hollywood this fall.The primary responsibility of the Store Assistant Manager is to provide leadership and management in all aspects of store operation for the maximization of store sales and profits, particularly when the Store Manager is not scheduled. The Store Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the store: sales and service, people management, merchandise management, visual merchandising, presentation asset protection and administration. The following is an overview of the Store Assistant Manager’s day to day responsibilities:• Generate store sales and increase profit• Train all associates on best practices; ensure staff meets and adheres to policies and procedures.
