Retail Assistant Sales Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Sales Manager with store management functions, resolving customer service issues, and all operational and asset management issues, including merchandising, inventory and store profitability. They will assist in the implementation of all corporate policies and procedures, and the hiring and training of store personnel.

Required qualifications include the ability to effectively communicate in verbal and non-verbal situations; extensive background in sales and retail operations, inventory management, human resources, and merchandising as well as wireless telecommunications experience.
