We are looking for a creative professionals who have high energy, love fun, and possess strong leadership, customer service and merchandizing skills.

Assistant Manager candidates must have a minimum of three years retail experience, with at least 2 years experience in management. Receiving Manager candidates must have actual receiving experience in either a retail or warehouse environment. Experience with party supply store, drug store, specialty store, or discount retailers preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

I. CUSTOMER SERVICE Promote Superior Customer Service Standards Maximize Sales Potential Maintain Great Store Standards

 

II. RECEIVING Oversee Receiving FunctionUnload Trucks Check In MerchandiseMaintain Inventory Integrity



III. SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS Supervise Staff Train and Coach Develop Daily Task Priorities Oversee Store Operations Store Opening and Closing Responsibilities Supervise Cash Management and Loss Prevention Policies  Manage Associate Issues

 

 IV. MERCHANDIZING Oversee Merchandizing in Store Manage Seasonal and Everyday Areas Maintain Adherence to Planners and Plan-O-Grams Manage Inventory Levels and In-Stock Condition 

 

V. ORDERING/ASSIGNED SECTIONResponsible for Ordering Products and Categories weekly.

 

We require excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to motivate your staff, personal leadership skills, ability to maintain composure under pressure and good organizational skills.
