Manages processing center, stock replenishment. Reviews and utilizes Planned Shipment Report. Meets replenishment, layout and store maintenance standards and requirements to ensure customer service with a well stocked and clean store. Ensures efficient operation of all stockrooms and back stock areas. Leads overnight team, works with hardlines and softlines coaches. Follows up on all loss control procedures to reduce invisible waste.QualificationsResponsibilities-Proactively assist in leading the store to ensure achievement of business goals in revenue, expense, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory shrinkage, and associate morale.-Coach and develop the store team.
