Regional Sales Manager - National Accounts

Working from a home office, the Cental Region Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and exceeding customer service and sales goals for the region in addition to all aspects of managing and leading a current sales team of 14 Territory Managers. The Central U. S.Territory Managers service more than 140 Lowe's stores across 8 states. As the Olympic Central Region Sales Manager, 80% of your time will be spent traveling in your Region coaching and supervising your Territory Managers and building strong relationships with the Lowe's store and region management, with a focus on building contractor sales. The position includes a company car, computer, and cell phone. The ideal candidate for this opportunity should have a combination of the following attributes: 3-5 yeas of progressive retail sales, merchandising, or field sales experience Demonstrated hands on leadership (in an industry or the armed services) and managerial experience with a track record of solving problems and getting results. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with mastery of the MS Office with a special focus on Excel. Experience with a major national. Experience in grooming "direct-reports" for management positions. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelors degree in business or marketing. Candidates with other majors will be considered.
