We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Director for approximately 100 stores in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

  RESPONSIBILITIES Recruit, train and develop store management and district store managers.Build, lead and motivate a team to consistently deliver its strategies and goalsEffectively train and develop district management talent and strive for 80% internal promotions for all field positionsBuild and maintain positive and productive relationships both with and across functions as well as outside resourcesReduce the turnover rate in all management positions by proactively identifying issues and implementing actions to retain top talentImplement business strategies to build the “Avenue Bodyâ€� businessEstablish visual and operational standards and monitor the performance of all associates across the regionCreate a positive, winning culture throughout the region; willingly embrace and lead changesSet clear goals and expectations that are aligned with company strategy REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree and at least 8-10 years demonstrated success in leading a multi-store businessDemonstrated success at building and leading a regional sales team that effectively executes strategies and achieves goalsAbility to establish positive and professional relationships with all levels of the businessResults driven, effective communicator, ability to challenge and inspire othersComputer proficiency required
