(New Hampshire, Maine and Northern Massachusetts markets)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for conducting internal/external investigations, maintaining shrink controls and physical security at club locations in the New Hampshire, Maine and Northern Massachusetts markets.  Also responsible for interfacing with all levels of management in resolving problems, revising procedures, developing shrink awareness programs and following up on auditing procedures.  Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years experience as an Assistant Manager or 5 years multi-unit Loss Prevention experience is required.  Also requires a strong retail operations background.  Excellent communication, organization and hands-on skills are essential.  Also requires travel up to 100% of the time.
