Join our team.  We are currently seeking candidates for: Regional Finance Director - Ewing, NJ (Salary for this position ranges from $90,000-$100,000) Essential Job Functions:  Communicates and enforces Company and legal policies, standards and guidelines by ensuring the accurate reporting and accounting of Regional assets, liabilities, revenues and operating expenses, providing advice and assistance to Associates on compliance, and fostering an environment where improper fiduciary conduct can be reported and resolved. Manages Regional financial performance to promote the reduction of fraud, shrink, theft and the misuse of Company assets by analyzing data, ensuring proper checks and balances, implementing safety controls, executing operational reviews and directing investigations. Anticipates and forecasts growth based on examination and integration of trends, current and past performance, business opportunities and competitive market share, including analyzing financial data to identify and recommend business plans to enhance the effectiveness of Wal-Mart’s financial position in the Market or Region. Prepares, maintains and reconciles Regional financial reports and overall financial performance by administering capital and expense budgets, determining trends and areas of opportunity, advising others on cost control methods, resolving budgetary issues, and recommending action plans for goal attainment or process improvement. Develops, recommends and advises on strategic initiatives for the Region that capitalize on emerging Customer and market needs by assessing financial risks and opportunities, monitoring and reviewing implementation of strategic plans to ensure goals and objectives are met, and identifying avenues to refresh and revitalize business strategies. Cultivates an environment where innovative and creative ideas and Associate opinions and differences are respected and valued by integrating these expectations into all programs and practices, promoting and supporting diversity initiatives, and consistently supporting the Open Door Policy.
