Regional Admin Assistant

The Regional Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Regional Vice President. Represents the Regional Vice President in interactions and communications with District Team Leaders, key contacts, outside professionals and co-workers. Gathers, organizes and analyzes data; prepares/modifies reports/presentations meetings and conference calls. Performs special projects as needed.This position works with confidential information at the executive level.The essential responsibilities of the position are: *Provides administrative support to RVP (e.g., screens e-mails, prioritizes / screens mail, maintains records/files, etc.)*Organizes and schedules RVPs daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedule of meetings and appointments; ensures meetings and appointments are kept or rescheduled as needed. *Handles all travel arrangements for RVP through Travel Agency.*Represents the RVP in interactions and communications with DTLs. Serves as liaison and point of contact for the Region.*Performs special projects for the RVP. Prepares correspondences, presentations, and expense reports. Process expense reports for DTLs for RVP approval. Compile weekly & monthly data from DTLs and provide summaries to RVP.*Handles Guest Service Issues and Cut Above program for the RegionEducation Requirements:A minimum High School Diploma and 5 years having worked for a top-level executive in a V.P. position or above is required.
