Summary: This position is responsible for providing superior customer satisfaction while supporting sales functions, answering phones, greeting customers and demonstrating equipment to customers. This position is also responsible for supporting sales personnel and performing administrative functions in support of sales activity.

Scope: This position requires a high degree of job structure. The tasks are repetitive. This job requires close supervision, the tasks are well defined and with specific guidelines. The job requires common sense to follow uncomplicated instructions and predetermined routines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
¡ñ Greet all customers in a professional, friendly and timely manner to include answering phones and directing customer inquiries to appropriate party
¡ñ Answer routine questions/issues from customers. Forward more complex questions to appropriate party
¡ñ Update Customer Event Log after every customer interaction
¡ñ Assist in other tasks (including acting as backup to other functions) as needed or assigned by Management to improve customer satisfaction
¡ñ Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures
¡ñ Perform sales related administrative duties as assigned by Management
¡ñ Assist with inventory counts and other store procedures as needed
¡ñ Assist in maintaining store appearance and individual work area according to the retail store standards
¡ñ Attend all required training programs and meetings
¡ñ Assist in other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by leadership

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 ¨C 3 years of job related experience

¡ñ 6 months of customer service experience preferred, which may include retail sales, cashier, hostess and general office
¡ñ Strong organizational skills required
¡ñ Cash handling experience required
