 Position: Customer Service ManagerLocation: Downtown Chicago Our client is an upscale and high-end home décor decorator/designer. This opportunity calls for a strong and polished Customer Service Territory Manager who will be responsible for following up on orders for showrooms, celebrities, major accounts, and other high profile clients.  The Customer Service Territory Manager is the face of the company. This candidate will be responsible for proactively managing all open orders in the assigned territory from receipt of reserve to ship out of merchandise. Processing orders:  ·  Daily order entry of all incoming reserves for outside showrooms·  Manage Reservation Management Report, Open Reserve Watch list, Sales Orders to be Released, Quote & Order Status Report·  Notify showrooms of backorder status or available inventory·  Update and maintain accuracy of orders based on showroom communication and note changes/issues·  Process credit card payments for outside showrooms and forward credit card info to showrooms for processing·  Update and release shippable orders through application of payment, CFA approval, and shipping informationCustomer Service:·  Monitor status reports and notify showrooms of holds to expedite orders·  Anticipate needs, avoid problems and communicate with showrooms·  Pay special attention to service glitches: returns, credits, freight, tax numbers.  Expedite to resolution.·  Develop and maintain good working relationships with inside and outside showrooms, and clients. ·  Offer a positive, can-do attitude that both clients and showrooms enjoy doing business with. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. 2-3 years experience in a multitasking customer service environment required.
