Paper Mart is looking for a sharp individual to join the Purchasing Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for QC activities based on QC procedures, inspect merchandise from oversea after they are unloaded from container and before put on shelves.
2. Inspect goods received as needed.
3. Inspect products in warehouse per request by customer service and respond the email with results and suggestions.
4. Working closely with buyers to identify the QC issue and help to solve the quality problems with suppliers.
5. Prepare, send and follow up the request for moving QC items in warehouse, repack, re-label and inventory adjustment to other department. Keep the notes in QC batches updated.
6. Keep the report of QC cases updated.
7. Support solving oversea inspection problem.
8. Working closely with sourcing manager to set up specs and requirements for products.
Skills:
Must have at least 2 years of experience and High School Diploma. Must know Microsoft Word and Excel
