We are currently seeking a PROPERTY MANAGER to join our Naples, FL area facility!  The excellent compensation package includes an on-site apartment, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a great working environment! The position is Full-Time and including weekends. 

This entrepreneurial manager will contribute to our success by overseeing the daily operations of the storage facility.  The Property Manager will be responsible for the following:

 

·  Rental of storage units to attain store revenue goals and cleaning units

·  Managing the Accounts Receivable process

·  Sales of boxes, locks and packing supplies

·  Light property maintenance/upkeep

·  Aggressive marketing/networking to local businesses to promote our services

·  Deliver superior customer service through proper phone selling techniques as well as walk-ins to the facility

Qualifications we are looking for:

·  Management experience in retail, hotel, equipment rental or property management strongly preferred

·  Availability to work some weekends REQUIRED

·  Clean employment background and drug test
