Project Manager, Interactive Creative Group

Purpose and Scope: Manage websites and various interactive marketing projects in the promotion of Polo Ralph Lauren's portfolio of brands. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Interactive Media, and is a function of the Polo Ralph Lauren internal interactive agency.Responsibilities: Responsible for interactive media projects from conception through to execution. Receive, prioritize, and assign new project requests. Clarify project requirements and gain a complete understanding of all specific dependencies and implications. Communicate requirements and project status regularly to all involved parties. Create and maintain timelines; ensure that projects follow assigned schedule. Manage the time and priorities of internal resources, designers, and developers. Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external clients. Collaborate with IA to develop appropriate information architecture for new pages or sections. In partnership with internal technical departments, make technology decisions relevant to project requirements. Ensure project stays within budget guidelines. Facilitate the Quality Assurance and deedback process with the involvement of proper reviewers. Job Requirements: Experience working on a variety of interactive projects and /or experience working at a digital marketing agency. 4-year college Bachelor's degree. 3-5 years of experience Familiarity with or ability to learn programs such as MS Excel, MS Project, ASp, DHTML, Flash, JaveScript, and Visio. Understanding of or ability to understand the Polo Ralph Lauren aesthetic. Excellent project management skills, including organization, communication, responsiveness, attention to detail, and leadership abilities. Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines. Positive, enthusiastic, able to take initiative with a can-do attitude. Dynamic personality, energy and enthusiasm, with an oncoming commitment to achieving high quality results.
