Production Manager 50k-60k yr
Company located in Dallas looking for a Production Manager for a small to medium size facility. This position requires a hands on approach. They are looking for someone who is self motivated and driven. Must have the ability to be flexible with a growing company. Needs to be familiar with machines (understand what is broken- not necessarily how to fix- just how to get it fixed). Familiar with production schedules and managing a growing group of employees.
Background in beauty industry a plus.
