Premier Fast Paced Accessories Company seeking VP of Operations

Concept One Accessories Company is seeking a leader who can manage all aspects of Operations.

This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and creative accessories company in New York City.

We are looking for an experienced, high level VP of Operations reporting to the Chief Operation Officer. The VP of Operations will be responsible for developing and driving 3RD party warehouse operational efficiencies year-round. Must have a very strong ability to visualize, plan and manage large scale changes. We are seeking candidates with extensive experience in inventory management, warehousing and distribution, data-entry management, sales order planning and execution and a proven track record of managing retail operations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Participating in development of strategic, and operational plans and execution Overseeing inventory controls and order processing Responsible for day to day operations, including setting monthly goals, analyzing monthly plans and procedures


Position Requirements: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience Excellent leadership qualities, communication and analysis skills Detail oriented and deadline driven Ability to multi task and prioritize Follow-up skills and self-starter attitude Strong sense of urgency College degree
