Payroll Analyst

Sally Beauty Holdings, the world’s largest beauty supply distributor, is searching for a Payroll Analyst.  We have 3400+ stores worldwide and continue to grow rapidly.  We are located in Denton, TX.

 

Duties include:Compiling employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.  Computes wages and deductions, and enters data as appropriate. Reviews time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies. Verifies attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and posts information onto designated records. Completes, verifies, and processes forms and documentation for administration of promotions, transfers, resignations, etc. in order to maintain and update payroll records. Prepares and balances period-end reports, and reconciles issued payrolls to bank statements. Additional duties as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications:1 yr in payroll administrationKnowledge of payroll administration procedures, systems, and applicable regulations High School diploma or equivalent Bilingual a definite plus Proficient in Microsoft Office
